Operating regulations

of the MSTĚTICE golf course   The Operating Regulations define the rules on the Mstětice Golf Course premises the visitors have to observe for their own safety and comfort. A visitor is to be understood as every golf player, his/her suit, spectators, restaurant clients as well as persons passing through the premises. The Mstětice Golf Course premises are marked out with white stakes located on the boundary of the golf course premises plus the practice areas and clubhouse – the restaurant. The person responsible in terms of these Operating Regulations is the manager, marshal, referee, accredited coach and instructor, green keeper, receptionist, security guard and organizational service at the car park.

Operating the premises

  • The premises are open to visitors during the hours of operation. 
  • The hours of operation usually start at 8am and end with the dusk. The particular hours of operation are determined by the manager with a view to the season of the year, current weather and status of the course. Updated information is posted at the reception and placed on the Mstětice golf course website.
  • The person responsible is entitled to require all visitors to obey the Operating Regulations. In the event of disobedience or repeated breach of the Operating Regulations the person responsible has the right to banish the visitor from the premises.
  • The person responsible is entitled to restrict or entirely prohibit the visitors from access to the premises should s/he find it advisable in the interest of safeguarding health protection and preventing damages.
  • The manager is entitled also to restrict or entirely prohibit access to the premises should such condition be stipulated in a client contract with any short-term user of the golf premises.
  • Solely the contractual coaches and instructors of the Petr Mrůzek Golf School are authorized to provide golf training on the premises.
Responsibilities of the visitors to the golf course and the practice area
  • Every visitor to the golf course premises is obliged to report at the reception.
  • Visitors who are not playing or accompanying a golf player are not admitted to the golf course. Those who breach this provision do so at their own risk.
  • Visitors and their suit have to wear proper attire on the practice area premises. In case of infringement of the Operating Regulations the visitor and his/her suit will not be admitted to the practice area, if need be, s/he shall be banished from the golf course premises without compensation. Authorized to rule under this paragraph are the persons responsible referred-to above.
  • Visitors are strictly prohibited to pick up golf balls and enter the strike-on area of the driving range.
  Responsibilities of the player
  • Playing on the golf course or the practice areas is possible only after settling the relevant fees. The player is obliged to carry on him/herself the document (score card) authorizing him/her to the game. Provided the player fails to produce such document s/he may be banished from further game without compensation by a person responsible.
  • Prior using the golf course premises every golf player is obliged to report his/her presence at the reception.
  • The player and his/her suit enter the golf course at their own risk.
  • Only players with valid handicap card or those accompanied by an accredited coach or instructor are allowed to a game of golf on the course.
  • Playing the golf course is facilitated only to players with reserved tee time.
  • The player and his/her suit have to wear proper attire. It is imperative to wear a polo T-shirt or a golf-shirt with turtleneck collar. Unacceptable are trousers such as blue jeans, sleeveless men’s shirts, men’s sports shorts and ladies’ T-shirts with spaghetti straps. In the event of infringement of the Operating Regulations the player shall not be admitted to the golf course and practice area premises, eventually he shall be banished from the premises without compensation. Authorized to rule under this paragraph are the persons responsible referred-to above.
  • The players must not bother their environs with excessive noise, loud cell phone ringing tone and/or conduct inconsistent with the golf etiquette and good manners. Players are obliged to follow the Rules of Golf, local rules and these Operating Regulations. They are further obliged to replace divots, rake the sand smooth in bunkers, repair pitch marks on greens and never drive golf carts into the area between bunkers, water hazards and greens. It is forbidden to use drive range balls outside the practice area. In the event of infringement of these rules the person responsible is authorized to terminate his/her play at once without compensation.
  • Time limit for 9 holes is 2 hours 20 minutes, for 18 holes 4 hours 40 minutes. Should a person responsible come to the conclusion that a player is not capable of meeting the time limit owing to his/her present pace of play, s/he may invite the player to play faster. In case of recurrence the player may be asked to skip one or more holes, if need be s/he may be excluded from the game. A player or a group of players are obliged to invite the faster playing golfer or a group to play through, provided they lose one or more clear holes.
  • After completing hole No.9 the players are obliged to walk over to hole No.10 teeing ground along the way bypassing the restaurant.
 

Validity and effect of the Operating Regulations

These Operating Regulations have been approved by the board of directors of the company owning the golf premises and shall be effective from the day of its release on the 15th April 2008.
